Amsterdam, Luxembourg and Dammam

What a busy week this has been!  On Wednesday, a group of very nice Quarter Horse mares from Tom Miller's Red Oak Ranch flew to Amsterdam where they were met by their new owners, Petr and Blanka Licka of the Czech Republic.  Nicole Franklin served as the groom for this flight.  Thank you, Petr and Blanka for sharing your mares with us - and thank you, Nicole, for taking good care of the mares on their flight.

On Thursday, we put our assistant manager, Megan Moos on her first ever CargoLux flight to Luxembourg with a very special QH mare by the name of Starling, who was going to Germany to be reunited with her family, Beth and Douglas Hutchens ... and a cute little Arabian colt who went to France with Carole Renault.  Megan has been a part of the EZ 2 Spot Ranch team for going on two years now and she is finally getting her "wings".  This will be the first of many flights for her, I'm sure.

One of our favorite "frequent flier" grooms, Henry Quintanilla went with Megan and her horses to Luxembourg, and he will soon be on his way to Dammam, Saudi Arabia tomorrow.  Henry is traveling with six lovely Arabian mares.  Thank yous to Abdullah Al Shehry, Abdulrahman Khalgan and Abdulaziz Al Barghasu for sharing their horses with us.

Also a very special thank you goes to Dr. Mohammed Al Hamad for his kind assistance with some last-minute challenges on this shipment. Dr. Mohammed, we appreciate you more than words can express!

And another big thank you goes to Dhafer Al Qahtani for his behind-the-scenes assistance on the arrival side.  Dhafer, it is always so comforting to know that we can always depend on you to help your fellow horsemen whenever they need a hand.  Thank you for your kindness and generosity.

Have a great weekend!
