Exciting New Year Is Underway!

We are off and running with an exciting new year! 2011 brings with it the promise of many new opportunities for us to take horses and donkeys to new destinations all over the world. We are especially excited about exporting equines to Viet Nam, China and New Zealand for the first time this year. There is also a possibility of some new routes opening up to Central and South America this year. We will keep you posted as things develop in that area.

Unfortunately, the new year may also bring increases in rates. We've heard rumors that fuel surcharges are going to increase on all the airlines - and fuel costs in the US are going up at the moment. We don't have the amount or the date of the increase yet, but please be aware that this may be on the horizon.

I am in Luxembourg now, having delivered horses here on Thursday night. Many thanks to Cedric, Anne, Jean and Laeticia, Natasha, Susanne and Sylvie. Our groom, Phil Peich, delivered horses for Coralie in Amsterdam on Friday morning and Terry is on his way home from Dammam, Saudi Arabia after delivering horses there for Saleh Al Hamad and Ahmed Najaf. Thank you all for sharing your horses with us. As always, it has been our pleasure to work with you and your equine friends.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or if we can help you in any way.

  1. Dear Dianne and Terry, we cannot say how thankful we are that you made it possible that Breezy is now here in Germany as a new member of our family! She arrived safe and sound, in a good condition and has a really friendly attitude! Everybody loved her from the first moment on and I try not to think about what could have been happened to her without your great help! We should change her name into "Lucky" :-). Because of you, she has now the chance to settle down and lead a life as a beloved family-member, trail partner and breeding mare. We will never forget, what you have done for us! Thank you!!!Here are the first pics, some hours after her arrival after her long journey from Luxembourg to Germany, near Berlin: http://www.gentle-curlies.de/ I wish you all the best! Anne

  2. Anne, it was our pleasure to be able to bring Breezy to you. Thank you for sharing her with us ... and for your trust, after the bad experience you had in the beginning of your venture.
    Best regards,
    Dianne

  3. Hello Dianne and Terry, now I found the time to write something in your blog, too. I´m very happy in what great condition I picked up my mare Ransom in Luxembourg. She was relaxed and cool and after a 7 hours trip we arrived at her new home. She really is nice and lovely and I´m happy to have her. I´m really eager to her foal. I´ll send you pictures when it´s born. I only can thank you again for your great work and big service. Whenever I should buy a horse in USA again, I´ll contact you because of quarantine and transport. Thank you very much.
